Data controller
Beykoz Üniversitesi Koşu Kulübü processes your personal data as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") as described in this notice.
Data processed
The full name, email, phone, department, year and running level you give in the sign-up form; your event participation; and the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
Purposes
Running the club membership, sending run and event announcements by email and WhatsApp, organising event participation and replying to your messages.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and legitimate interest in running club activities (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties; it is stored securely only with our hosting, database and email infrastructure providers.
Retention
Your data is kept during your membership and for at most 2 years afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies apart from what is needed to run it and anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Analytics).
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may access your data, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to support@beykozkosu.com for any request.
